The Meissen porcelain figure of Harlequin with grotesque mask, wearing colourful diamond pattern coat and trousers dancing with his Columbine, model after J.J. Kaendler, the movement captured so well by Kaendler in the 18th century, this Meissen porcelain group is of the 19th century, one of the rarer groups and very collectible, Meissen crossed swords to base, Meissen c. 1860-70.
