The Meissen clock and its base are decorated profusely to sides with colourful blossoms and flowers, painted romantic scene to fronts, scattered flowers all over, pierced top section to clock with a romantic group of shepherd and shepherdess atop, the delicately worked clock face with enamelled Roman numerals, Meissen blue crossed swords to base of clock and base.
